Dillon and Ali’s Wedding

On Saturday October 7, 2023 Dillon and Ali’s wedding officially started the newest chapter in their lives. This new chapter is called “Marriage.” And based off of their smiles and responses all day, it’s safe to say, these two were very excited to start this one!

What started in Cape May, NJ just a few short years ago, continued in NJ at Eastlyn the Greenview Inn, surrounded by their friends and family.

Ali, a detail-oriented bride who carefully crafted her perfect day, was calm and collected all morning. And then suddenly she felt her stomach twist in knots as she prepared for her father to walk into the room. Her hair was perfect in an elegant, classy, updo. Her makeup was natural and so very beautiful. AND her dress; perfectly shaped her body. Stunning. Ali was stunning.

We all awaited his entrance so he could see his baby girl before he would give her away.

The room fell silent as her dad entered; he was smiling from ear to ear. His precious daughter was about to marry the love of her life. Dillon.

And as Frank walked her down the beautiful church aisle, Dillon waited for his bride with tear filled eyes. How could you not cry over how stunning Ali looked and knowing this was about to be the start of a super sweet marriage. Dillon had waited years to marry Ali, and the time had finally come. Patient and kind, Dillon was ready to care for, love, and protect Ali forever and ever.

After many giggles during the ceremony, like when the priest forgot to light the candles, Ali and Dillon sealed their love with a kiss, and started their forever.

I love marriage. I love the freshness it brings, I love the smiles of the day, and the raw moments of tears during the times that take your breath away. Dillon and Ali’s day was filled with all sorts of emotions, but mostly, gratitude and joy.

“You’re the one that I want.” An echo through Dillon and Ali’s wedding day and the fun dance that they shared together during their entrance. As a “Grease” fan myself, I THOROUGHLY enjoyed the Grease songs wrapped into the evening!

From the start of the morning, until late into the evening, Ali and Dillon enjoyed each part of their wedding day that came together perfectly after LOTS of time on Ali’s part, intentionally planning each and every detail.

Dillon and Ali; as you embark on this new journey called marriage, I pray it is fruitful, sweet, and that you love each other more every day.
