Ya know when you just meet people who you’re like “yeah, I like these people!” That’s Kate and Kyle. They are the people you meet, and you walk away saying “yeah, I like them! Like REALLY like them.”
After our first coffee date a few months back, I was confident that Kate and Kyle were going to be a very fun and sweet couple to capture in the year of 2024.
Their engagement session did not disappoint!
Held at Stone Valley Estates, the same place their wedding will be at in just under one year; it was a lovely backdrop on a perfect November day. With the air chill, and the breeze calm, Kate and Kyle’s engagement session held in Huntingdon, PA was one that I *gasped* at over a few times. As the sun dipped below the horizon and the soft glow remained over the mountains, I was able to capture some beautiful moments between these two. I think at one point they were probably thinking “how much longer do we need to nuzzle our noses together, for?!” My answer: “until the sun is gone!” HA!
Golden hour is absolutely my favorite time to shoot. And the sunsets in the mountains of Pennsylvania can be so incredible.
Kyle and Kate’s engagement session was not just a photoshoot; it was a celebration of love, commitment, and the beauty of their shared journey.
We couldn’t complete their engagement session without a close up of Kate’s beautiful ring. I’ve commented on how beautiful it was before, but it seems appropriate to mention this again. It. Is. So. Beautiful! Kyle really did such a great job when choosing it! I love what the ring symbolizes, eternal commitment. It’s a symbol of the beginning of a lifetime of shared dreams and adventures.
Kate and Kyle, as you embark on this journey to marriage, I hope these photos will serve as a reminder to you of your enduring love that will soon be sealed in marriage.
