On Thursday, November 9, in the town of Mifflinburg, PA, we witnessed the union of two souls deeply in love—Jewell and Kyle. Their intimate wedding day was a celebration of love, commitment, and the beginning of a lifelong journey together.

When Kyle arrived at the church, he stepped out of the car and with a huge smile on his face, he said, “I’m getting married today!!”

Back in the spring, under a droopy cherry blossom tree, I had the privilege to capture Jewell and Kyle’s engagement. There was something special about Jewell and Kyle’s relationship. Calm. Kind. Gentle. And certainly, filled with love. I sooo enjoyed spending time together with these two and was honored to do it again for their wedding day.

Jewell and Kyle’s ceremony was heartfelt and special. When Jewell stepped through those doors with her father, the entire room held their breath. We braced ourselves for the moment Gregg would give his daughter to his new (almost) son in law- Kyle. Under the fairytale lights, the couple exchanged vows that resonated with promises of love, support, and unwavering commitment. The ceremony was a beautiful blend of tradition and personal touches, making it a truly unique and memorable experience. With a key that locked a heart, they signified their love and bond to one another. Kyle demanded that the key be thrown away as he was ready to make the commitment to Jewell to love and cherish her, forever.

Jewell and Kyle were surrounded by their closest friends and family, creating an intimate and supportive environment. Laughter and tears of joy filled the air as the couple celebrated a beautiful start to their marriage.

Kyle and Jewell, as you have begun this new season of life together may I urge you to keep Christ first and center of your lives. Serve each other first. Serve others, together. And remember that marriage is a gift from The Lord that we get to partake in. It won’t always be easy; in fact; it may get really really hard; but God will sustain you and your marriage if it’s rooted firmly in Him.
