Love stories are often deeply personal and unique, and what better way to celebrate a love that’s meant to last a lifetime than by commemorating it at a place rich in history and symbolism?
That’s exactly what Erin and Craig did when they chose Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, as the backdrop for their engagement session. Specifically, they choose Sach’s covered bridge which is known for the “supposed” public hanging of three army men during the War.
As the sun began to rise, Erin and Craig spent time gazing into each other’s eyes, and smiling sweetly as the sky began to turn pink.
When I met Craig and Erin, it was clear to me that they loved each other a lot, and they also loved Gettysburg a lot!
Gettysburg is one of those places that my husband and I enjoy visiting, and always learn so much from when we are there. It’s one of our favorite “get-away” spots. So, in my opinion, they are picking the most perfect place to get married in!
Capturing intimate moments at a place that is filled with such history feels extra special. Throw in a perfect sunrise, and it’s a photographer’s dream come true!
I’m so excited for Erin and Craigs wedding on the battlefield, right behind big round top on June 2, 2024!
